
Reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being and workplace safety, Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, has set up a new Patient Care Ward along with two Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances at its Occupational Health Centre (OHC) in its Jajpur, Odisha unit.

Aligned with its broader commitment to operational excellence and responsible business practices, Jindal Stainless continues to invest in upgrading its workplace infrastructure and reinforcing its people-first approach, embedding health, safety and well-being as core enablers of productivity, continuity and long-term organisational performance.
The newly established Patient Care Ward is equipped with three beds, multipara monitors, comfortable hydraulic patient beds, and modern medical equipment, aimed at delivering efficient and quality healthcare services to employees and stakeholders.
Complementing this, the company has deployed two new Basic Life Support ambulances, provisioned with essential life-saving equipment, including 40L + 40L + 10L oxygen support systems, multipara monitors, Acura syringe pumps, and other critical care facilities, further strengthening its emergency response infrastructure.
Together, these additions mark a significant step in enhancing the organisation’s on-site medical preparedness, enabling faster emergency response turnaround times and reinforcing a culture of proactive health management across operations.
