Eligible applicants include government agencies, project developers, manufacturers, EPC companies, technology providers, financiers, start-ups and service providers. Other eligible applicants include solar energy end-users and asset owners from across key consumption segments like  residential, commercial and institutional buildings; commercial and industrial energy consumers; utility-scale power procurement and grid supply entities; agricultural and rural energy users; critical infrastructure and heavy industry (off-grid and grid-connected); transportation, mobility and urban infrastructure; clean-energy, green hydrogen and green ammonia producers; and community, social and developmental infrastructure.

The stories should showcase participants as drivers of leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, while documenting impactful initiatives that are contributing to India’s clean energy transition. Submissions should go beyond project descriptions to demonstrate how they translated into measurable outcomes and long-term value.

What We Are Looking For?

We are seeking clear, compelling and well-structured stories (Case Studies | Good Practices | Success Stories) that demonstrate leadership and impact across India’s solar ecosystem. Submissions should tell a cohesive story of challenge, informed decision-making, innovation, collaboration and outcomes, and illustrate how your organisation or institution is contributing to the growth of India’s solar and clean-energy landscape, while advancing national priorities.

Entry Fee
You can submit stories after payment of entry fee of Rs 15,000 + taxes. This includes one free delegate pass.

Submission Format

Submissions must be structured according to the sections outlined below. Adhering to the recommended word limits will ensure clarity, consistency and fair evaluation across all entries.

Submission Guidelines

To ensure consistency, transparency and fair evaluation, all submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Keep ready following Information for submission: Title of Your Story | Organisation Name | Contact Person | Contact Details | Company Profile | Profile of Founder or CEO  or MD | Overview | Business or Sectoral Challenge | Initiative Undertaken and Implementation | Innovation and Differentiation | Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships | Scale, Outcomes and Impact | Key Learnings and Future Outlook | Additional Relevant Information | Human Interest Impact Story | Any additional information or photographs of key people or relevant company activities in PDF format.
  • Visual Content: High resolution photographs of the plants, senior leadership and community engagement are also required to be submitted.
  • Original content: Submissions must be original, factually accurate and approved for public dissemination by the submitting organisation or institution.
  • Prescribed structure: Submissions must follow the specified format and adhere to the recommended section-wise word limits.
  • AI disclosure: Any use of artificial intelligence tools in drafting, editing or preparing the submission must be clearly disclosed. Please specify the tool(s) used and the purpose (e.g., language refinement, editing support or data visualisation).
  • Authorisation: Each submission must be accompanied by either an authority letter from a competent official within the organisation or institution, or a signed self-declaration confirming that the submitting individual is duly authorised to submit the success story on behalf of the organisation.
  • Compliance: Submissions that exceed word limits, do not follow the prescribed structure, lack AI disclosure, or are missing authorisation may be rejected or returned for revision.
  • Final decision: The decision of the organisers regarding selection, shortlisting and publication of submissions is final and binding.
