Oyster Green Hybrid Three Private Limited has partnered with Chennai-based Kshema Power to develop a 350 MW wind–solar hybrid transmission and substation network in Madhya Pradesh. The collaboration strengthens renewable energy evacuation in one of India’s fastest-growing clean energy corridors and marks a major step forward in hybrid project infrastructure development.

Kshema Power has secured the engineering, procurement and construction order to deliver a 51-kilometre transmission line and a 33 kV/220 kV AIS substation designed to support efficient and reliable power flow from Oyster Green’s hybrid generation assets. The scope includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the transmission line, along with complete design, civil works and installation for the substation. The project is scheduled for completion by July 2026.

The development enhances grid connectivity for large-scale hybrid systems and reinforces India’s ongoing transition towards integrated renewable energy solutions. By combining wind and solar capacity with modernised transmission infrastructure, the project aims to contribute to a more resilient and future-ready power network.

Kshema Power, established in 1998, brings extensive experience in renewable infrastructure, having executed more than 4.5 GW of wind energy projects and installed 1,600 kilometres of transmission lines across India. The company continues to expand its portfolio in utility-scale clean energy, solar installations and transmission and distribution systems.

The partnership between Oyster Green Hybrid Three and Kshema Power reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-performance assets that support long-term renewable growth and strengthen India’s clean energy ecosystem.
