Trident Group, one of India’s leading producers of agro-based and eco-smart paper, placed sustainability at the forefront of its participation at the 17th International Exhibition & Conference on Pulp, Paper & Allied Industries (PaperEx 2025). Held from 3–6 December 2025 at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), New Delhi, the event brought together global players from the pulp and paper sector. Trident used the platform to reinforce its commitment to circular manufacturing, zero-tree-cutting innovation, and responsible resource use.
A key highlight of the Trident showcase was its pioneering wheat-straw-based paper technology. By transforming agro-waste into a renewable, high-value material, the company continues to promote a zero-tree-cutting approach to paper manufacturing. Trident emphasised that this innovation significantly lowers environmental impact and aligns with its long-term sustainability philosophy.
The stall design drew attention for reflecting the brand’s eco-conscious values. With minimalist elements, natural textures, and sustainability-centric visuals, the display communicated Trident’s belief in conscious consumption and its determination to lead the transition towards eco-smart paper solutions.
Trident also underscored its progress in integrating automation and digitalisation across its paper operations. The company explained that these advancements are enhancing production precision, reducing waste, and improving transparency throughout the manufacturing cycle. According to the Group, such technology-led improvements are essential to building an efficient, environmentally responsible production ecosystem.
Looking ahead, Trident announced planned expansions to its product portfolio, including new variants in copier and maplitho paper, along with updated notebook designs. The company stated that these additions are being developed to address changing customer preferences while remaining aligned with its sustainability-first product philosophy.
PaperEx 2025 proved to be a valuable platform for engagement, with the Group interacting extensively with corporate clients, distributors, and environmentally focused organisations. The company noted that its participation generated thousands of potential leads and opened avenues for deeper collaboration across the industry.
Commenting on the overall experience, Rajnish Kumar Gera, CEO – Paper & Chemicals, indicated that Trident considered its participation at PaperEx 2025 highly successful. He stated that the strong response from corporate customers, partners, and visitors demonstrated growing confidence in the company’s eco-conscious offerings and reinforced its position as a pioneer in sustainable paper solutions. He added that the discussions and leads generated during the event would support future partnerships and contribute to a greener paper industry.
Trident’s presence at PaperEx 2025 reflects a broader shift within the sector toward renewable raw materials, reduced ecological impact, and digital transformation. As the company continues to champion agro-based innovation and expand its sustainability-led product lineup, it remains positioned to influence the direction of environmentally responsible paper manufacturing in India and globally.
Through its focus on “The Good Paper”, Trident continues to align product innovation with environmental stewardship, strengthening its role as a key driver of sustainable change in the paper industry.
